Timber Supply Chain Compliance Policy

All timber must originate from concessions with valid harvesting permits issued by the state forestry department.
Annual allowable cut limits must be verified before any felling begins.
Reforestation bonds must be posted and maintained for the duration of the concession.

Harvesting Audit Requirements

KratomTrees conducts independent audits of all harvesting operations to verify compliance with the Nigerian Forestry Act. Audits are performed quarterly and include both desk review and field inspection.
