These terms govern your use of KratomTrees' forestry compliance and audit services. By accessing our platform, you agree to the conditions outlined below.
KratomTrees provides sustainable wood harvesting audits, reforestation compliance verification, and timber supply chain traceability services under the Nigerian Forestry Act. Our deliverables include field inspection reports, compliance certificates, and digital chain-of-custody records. We do not engage in the sale, trade, or distribution of timber or any ingestible substances.
You agree to provide accurate documentation of concession boundaries, harvesting permits, and reforestation bonds. You must grant our auditors safe access to all relevant sites and maintain records of tree marking, felling, and transport for a minimum of five years. Failure to supply required data may delay or invalidate audit results.
KratomTrees' liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific audit or compliance service. We are not liable for indirect damages, including loss of timber revenue, regulatory penalties, or ecological harm arising from your operations. Our reports represent professional opinion based on observed conditions and do not guarantee regulatory approval.
All audit methodologies, software tools, and report templates are proprietary to KratomTrees. You receive a non-transferable license to use deliverables for internal compliance purposes. Redistribution or commercial use of our materials without written consent is prohibited.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. KratomTrees may suspend services immediately if you fail to comply with the Nigerian Forestry Act or provide false information. Upon termination, you must return all confidential materials and pay for services rendered up to the termination date.
Disputes shall first be resolved through direct negotiation. If unresolved, the matter will be submitted to mediation in Lagos State, Nigeria. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Lagos State. These terms are governed by Nigerian law.
